How will Freauty help me?
Freauty is a platform that is fully dedicated to mobile beauty professionals and businesses. We showcase your work and services to potential new clients, and secure more appointments for you.

What beauty services can be listed on Freauty?
You can list any services related to beauty which includes hair styling, haircutting, colouring, make up, manicures, pedicures, massages, aromatherapy, facials, waxing and many more. If there isn't a service listed, then drop us an email and we'll add it for you.

How do I build my Freauty profile?
It's simple. Click on the List Your Business link and fill out what services you offer, how much you charge, what times you operate and any photos of your previous work. Once done, you're ready to start accepting appointments.

Can I decide what days and times to work?
Yes, Freauty allows you to select what days and times you normally operate. The settings can be easily changed so if you're taking a holiday or decide to work longer hours, you can make these changes in your account.

Is your service free?
It is free to register for a beauty professional account. Once you receive appointments and complete the treatment for the customer, Freauty takes 20% commission off the booking.

Why are you charging 20% commission?
The commission fee covers our marketing costs to find new customers for you. We don't consider the fee to be high and it's a comparable industry average. If you feel that the fee is more than you can discount, you can change your service prices to take into the account our commission fee.

Does the customer pay me or Freauty?
When the customer books an appointment, they must pay Freauty to hold the booking. We will hold the payment until the service is completed by you.

When do I get paid?
We make payment to you within 48 hours of the completed booking. 

How do I receive payment?
You can be paid via a bank transfer or Paypal. Just let us know your payment details in order to receive payment.

What happens if the customer cancels the appointment?
Customers are free to cancel an appointment at anytime. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the customer receives a 50% refund of their payment. The remaining 50% is transferred directly to you minus our 20% commission.

Can I cancel the appointment?
Yes, you are free to cancel the appointment, but give more than 48 hours notice from the scheduled appointment, so that we can let the customer know and rearrange the booking.

I'm running late to the appointment?
Don't panic! As you would with any customer, call them and let them know you are running late and how long they expect to wait. You will always receive the customer's telephone number when a booking is made.

Can customers rate my beauty treatment?
Yes, they can after the treatment is complete. You will receive a notification when the customer has submitted a review. You can reply back to the review as well.
