What is Freauty?
Freauty is a website that helps you to book freelance beauty professionals who will come to your home, office or hotel.

What problem does Freauty solve?
Two answers here. It helps people find beauty professionals for special occasions like weddings, parties and general social affairs - so you can look good for any event. The other problem we're solving is that some people do not have the time to go to a beauty salon or into town, so why not have a hair or makeup professional come to you.Simply, Freauty helps people find local freelance beauty professionals that come to your home, office or hotel.

How do I book a beauty professional?
Freauty allows you to see a beauty professional's availability and what services they offer. It's simple to use our booking system. Just search for beauty professionals in the area you want, view their booking schedule and choose an appointment time. Then make a payment to confirm the booking and you're done.

Does the beauty professional really come to me?
Yes, they do. For example, we want to make it convenient for you to find a local hair stylist, ready to work on your hair, whether you have a party function to attend, or you just want to look fabulously good.

Do I get a booking confirmation?
Once you have made payment to Freauty, we will confirm the booking and send you and the beauty professional an email. 

Can I change my booking appointment?
You can change your booking at anytime. However, you will be charged half the service cost if you make changes or cancel the booking within 48 hours before your actual appointment time. For example, your appointment is at 4.00pm, Tuesday 4th November, and you can make changes or cancel the booking before 4.00pm, Sunday 2nd November, free of charge.

How do I know a beauty professional is any good?
You can check the profile and ratings of the available beauty professionals on Freauty. Read the comments left by existing customers to help you decide on whether the beauty professional is right for you.

How do I write a review?
Once a beauty professional has provided you with a service, you will notify Freauty that your appointment is complete and then you can leave a review. All this can be done in the dashboard of your account.

How do I pay?
You can confirm your booking with a beauty professional by making payment to Freauty. You can pay via PayPal or a credit/debit card.

What if I don't like the service?
We recommend talking with your beauty professional when they visit you and make them fully aware of what you want to avoid any confusion or bad service. You can always provide your honest feedback about the beauty professional on Freauty. However, if your service is not to your satisfaction please contact us and we will be happy to help.

How do I cancel my appointment?
Log into you account and select the booking you would like to cancel.

Will I get charged if I cancel my appointment?
You will receive a full refund if your cancelled appointment is more than 48 hours of the booking time. If you cancelled and it falls within the 48 hours, you will only receive 50% of the total booking.

What happens if the beauty professional does not arrive or is late?
If there is a no-show, we will fully refund your money and we will mark down that the beauty professional has not shown up for an appointment. This information will be made available in their profile.

If the beauty professional is more than 30 minutes late we will refund you 20% of the cost. In the future we will have SMS notifications to let you know that the beauty professional is on their way to you.

Can I change my account details?
Of course, just log into your account and go to Account details to change your information.

I want to unsubscribe from Freauty's newsletters.
Click on the unsubsribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email and you will be removed from our mailing list.

How will Freauty help me?
Freauty is a platform that will help showcase your beauty work and services to potential new clients, helping you to pick up a few more customers and enhance your profile within the beauty industry.

What beauty services can be listed on Freauty?
You can list any services related to beauty which includes hair styling, haircutting, colouring, make up, manicures, pedicures, massages, aromatherapy, facials, waxing and many more.

How do I build my Freauty profile?
It's simple. Register yourself for a beauty professional account and fill out details about what services you offer, how much you charfe, what times you operate and any photos of your previous work. Once done, you're ready to start accepting appointments.

Can I decide what days and times to work?
Yes, Freauty allows you to select what days and times you normally operate. The settings can be easily changed so if you're taking a holiday or decide to work longer hours, you can make these changes in your account.

Is your service free?
It is free to register for a beauty professional account. Once you receive appointments and complete the service for the customer, Freauty takes a commission of your booking.
